 At MEJIA-SANCHEZ FAMILY HEALTHCARE AND WELLNESS CLINIC, we offer a variety of healthcare services including primary care, preventive care, women's health, and chronic disease management. If you do not want to consult, but are feeling fatigued, exhausted, and need a boost of energy? Or when you are low on B12, we offer 1000 mcg IM injection of Vitamin B12 at $35 per injection. Bring your latest Labs.

We can manage simple IV  fluid (NS 0.9% up to 1L) hydration/ IV infusion. Must have recent labs, medical history, medication list, supplement list, symptoms list. 

If you are wondering about your medications and have questions, but do not want to consult. This is a general discussion and not to be taken as medical advise as we will not have your complete medical history. $75 for the first 10 minutes. $25 for up to 10 additional minutes. 

If you are seeking a second opinion or clarification on your studies/labs and your next steps without consulting. This is not medical advise, but general guidance on what may be the possible next steps you can discuss with your doctor. Must bring medical history, and at least 2 sets of labs, and your medications list. $75 up to  15 minute study discussion.

When you cannot come to the clinic, we can come to you. Schedule a house call service and our staff will conduct an in-home visit.

 CASH PRICE includes travel fee for the first 7 miles.

TRAVEL FEE $25 Per 5 miles outside of the 7 mile radius from the clinic 

WITH INSURANCE:  CO-PAY and any applicable travel fees if greater than 7 miles from clinic

Prices on this website are estimates subject to change, with final costs depending on services received, insurance, and deductibles.

You have the right to a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE). Uninsured or self-pay patients are entitled to a written estimate of expected costs, including related tests and equipment, at least one business day before services.
